Waitlist Terms

These terms apply to Fantyra's introductory website and prelaunch waitlist. The operator is Fantyra. Questions can be sent to info@fantyra.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and neither a U.S. citizen nor a U.S. resident. Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. We may limit future availability by country or other launch requirements. Self-certification and a listed country do not guarantee eligibility for a future product.

A free prelaunch waitlist

Joining is free and does not create a paid account, game entry, investment or contract to deliver a future product. There are no entry fees, deposits, wagers, purchases or prizes on this website. An invitation, place in a season, launch date or continued product availability is not guaranteed.

The planned game

Fantyra is developing a fantasy market experience with six-asset rosters, a captain multiplier and rankings. Images, interface demonstrations and videos illustrate a concept, not a live trading service. Features and rules may change. Any game launch will have its own eligibility requirements and rules presented before participation.

No real securities or crypto assets are bought, sold or held through this site. Content is for entertainment and general information, not investment advice. No cash rewards, token allocation, airdrops or financial returns are offered or promised.

“Founders” community

“Founders” describes early community members and potential testers. It does not mean company ownership, a legal founder role, equity, a partnership or a right to future rewards. Feedback is voluntary. Do not send confidential material or information you do not have permission to share.

Updates and leaving

By submitting the form with the consent box checked, you request launch and testing emails. You can withdraw at any time by emailing info@fantyra.com. Our Privacy Notice explains how signup information is handled.

Responsible use

Do not submit another person's information without permission, automate abusive signups, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the site. We may reject abusive submissions or remove ineligible entries.

Changes and your rights

We may update the website, planned features and these waitlist terms. The version date is shown above. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
