This notice explains how Fantyra, the operator of this website and waitlist, handles your personal information. Contact us at info@fantyra.com.

What we collect

If you join, we collect your email address, country or region of residence, selected interest, confirmations that you are 18+ and neither a U.S. citizen nor a U.S. resident, and your consent record, including the time and notice version. We do not ask for your date of birth, identity documents, payment details or wallet address.

The hosting service processes technical information such as IP address and request details to deliver and protect the website. Our application uses a temporary, keyed hash of your IP address for submission limits; it does not save raw IP addresses in the waitlist database. Rate-limit records expire after up to two hours and are removed when later submissions are processed.

Why we use it

We use signup information to manage the waitlist, send launch and testing updates you requested, assess location restrictions, prevent duplicate submissions and respond to questions. Our basis for sending updates is your consent, which you can withdraw. We process security information for our legitimate interest in protecting the service.

Storage and service providers

Waitlist records are stored in a server-side Cloudflare D1 database through OpenAI's Sites hosting service. The public website cannot read or download the waitlist. Access is limited to authorized administration and service providers needed to operate the site. We use encrypted HTTPS connections; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

OpenAI and Cloudflare provide site hosting and infrastructure. Squarespace forwards messages sent to our contact address to an inbox hosted by Google. These providers may process information in countries outside your own under their applicable data-protection arrangements. We do not sell your personal data, publish waitlist members or share the list with advertisers.

How long we keep information

We keep your signup while the prelaunch waitlist is active, until you withdraw, or for up to 12 months after signup, whichever comes first, unless you separately agree to continued updates. We review and remove expired records. Security or legal obligations may require limited records to be retained longer. Provider backups and security logs follow the provider's retention processes.

Your choices and rights

To unsubscribe, withdraw consent, request access or correction, or request deletion, email info@fantyra.com from the address you used to join. We may ask for reasonable confirmation that a request concerns your information. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restriction, objection, portability and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Cookies, analytics and children

We use first-party, server-side aggregate traffic counts to understand visits and where interest comes from. We record daily page-view and new-signup totals by broad source (such as Instagram, X or TikTok), inferred from a tagged link or referrer when available. We do not store full referrer URLs, raw IP addresses, individual visitor identifiers or browsing histories in the analytics tables, and we do not attach a source to your email record. We use no analytics cookies, local storage, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. This processing supports our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site. We retain the non-identifying daily totals to compare performance over time. Requests with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are excluded where those signals reach us. You can also use the analytics-off link below for an uncounted visit. Contact us if you wish to object to this processing. Hosting providers may use technical measures necessary to operate and secure their services. The waitlist is for adults aged 18+ only. If you believe a child submitted personal data, contact us so we can remove it.

Visit Fantyra with aggregate counting off. This choice applies to that visit; it is not stored on your device.

Changes

We will update this notice if our practices change. New product features or materially different uses of your information may require a separate notice or consent.
